Caitlin Cable Counselling

Hi, I'm Caitlin Cable (PRC 0042080).

 

I am a HPCSA registered counsellor, based online. I have earned my Bpsych degree (honours) at the South African College of Applied Psychology. As a counsellor I am passionate about bringing about mental health awareness and improving one’s wellbeing.

 

I aim to work alongside my clients to find and use their strengths to reach their goals, overcome challenges, and gain autonomy. I believe in creating a warm and supportive environment that allows one to understand oneself and bring about positive change and self-empowerment. 

I received my formal training by working with NGOs to provide affordable and meaningful services to those who may not have access to mental health services. As well as training within a tertiary education, working with students from all walks of life.
